U-Series module satisfies the requirements of low-cost and
low-power wireless applications. The modules, operating in
ISM 2.4 GHz frequency band, integrate UBEC’s UZ2400, power
amplifier (PA), low noise amplifier (LNA) and other
necessary components. The modules can be easily controlled a
